What’s included?

Each module will be accompanied by a handout, including a food shopping list. You will also receive a certificate upon completion. We will be busting some common myths around sugar, bread, gluten, dairy, animal vs plant foods, alcohol, coffee, intermittent fasting and fad diets, and hopefully will have some great conversations.

Bring tea or coffee, and I will supply a home-made snack for each class.
