This is the only programme in Mallorca dedicated to holistic nutrition, integrative health and biohacking in a discussion-led format. It brings together clinical experience, scientific understanding and ancient wisdom in practical application suited for busy lifestyles. It will help you think outside the box and understand YOUR body so you can make confident health decisions.

WHY IS IT UNIQUE?
It’s a health consultation, a support group and Chat GPT in one, held in a safe space where we can discuss the deepest of frustrations and experience real break-throughs. We sit around a table, explore how health works in real life, touch upon controversial topics and debunk myths. You will leave thinking: ‘why has nobody explained this to me like this before?’ And finally get answers that make sense.
WHEN, WHERE
The course takes place at the Santina studio, Santa Catalina, over 10 Saturday mornings, between the 24th of January until the 28th of March, from 10:00 to 12:00. Includes a relaxed mid-session break with food available at Santina.
